1. General. All prices are payable in USD.


2. Payment Methods. You are required to keep your Payment Method details and contact information current, which you can do by logging into your CRM Account, clicking on Settings, and then clicking on Payment Settings or by contacting billing@crmvo.com. By providing your Payment Method to CRM Voice, LLC, you certify that you are an authorized user of the card.

3. Cancellation & Refunds. You may cancel or request a refund at anytime. Please email BILLING@CRMVO.COM. Refunds are made at the discretion of our team.


4. Usage Fees. All usage fees will be endured by the customer and are rebilled based on your rebilling setting in one of our partner's accounts.​ By signing up for crm voice, agree to be charged in increments for email, voice, voicemail drops, phone number & sms usage which may be reloaded at any time via your crm account. All current rates listed below. You may cancel these charges at any time by contacting BILLING@CRMVO.com.


Current Usage Rates:

SMS: Cost: $0.01/SMS

Voice: Cost: $0.01/Minute

Email: Cost: $0.001/Email

Voice Message Drop: $0.01/Drip

Phone Number: Cost: $1.00/Month

Sub-Domain: Included for Free

Brand Registration: Included with Phone Number


5. Monthly Subaccount Fees. You are required to pay a $10 subaccount fee every 2 weeks ($20/month) to enable messaging & emailing on your account. You may cancel these charges at any time by contacting BILLING@CRMVO.com.
